PKOM Mail Control

A private, local mailbox tool for Google accounts that its operator owns or is authorized to manage.

The app runs on the operator's Mac. Each account connects directly to Google through OAuth, so the app never receives or stores a Google password.

What the app does

• Shows Inbox, Spam, and unread counts for connected accounts.
• Finds messages by Gmail identifiers and reports whether they are in Inbox or Spam.
• Moves selected Spam messages to Inbox and marks selected messages as read only after an explicit plan is reviewed and applied.
• Sends an email from a specifically selected account with duplicate protection.

How Google data is handled

OAuth credentials are stored in the macOS Keychain. The local state file contains account addresses, Gmail message IDs, operation plans, and results. It does not store Google passwords, OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets, downloaded message bodies, or email subjects.

PKOM Mail Control does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers. Google user data is used only to perform actions requested by the authorized account operator.
